Competition with vehicles on the road
In order to stage contests with vehicles on the road, you need permission by the provincial government. You apply in the county where the race starts.
The county administrative board decides on traffic rules
The County Board decides to impose speed limits, stop, duties and other traffic regulations in certain ways. If you want to put up signs at a road, you should contact the County Administrative Board.
Commercial traffic
Since 1 January 2010, the Swedish Transport Agency has the overall responsibility for commercial transport on roads in Sweden: Yrkestrafiken.se.
