Approval as a security guard

For a security company to be authorised all the personnel must be approved by the County Administrative Board. A person who wishes to be approved as a security guard must be employed by an authorised security company.

The County Administrative Board checks security companies

The County Administrative Board examines those security companies that have their registered office in the county. If another county administrative board makes a request, a county administrative board can also check a company that has its registered office in another county. This examination must be made at least once every second year.
