Marriage
The County Administrative Board appoints civil marriage officiators following a proposal from the municipal authorities in the county.

Contact the County Administrative Board or your municipal authority to find out who is the marriage officiator in your county. The County Administrative Board has a list of the people who have been appointed as marriage officiators in each county. They are officially appointed and can claim payment from the County Administrative Board.
If you are under 18 or if you wish to marry someone who is under 18 you will need the consent of the County Administrative Board.
